Working is divided briefly into four phases:

Phase I - Review Phase

This phase begins with initial meeting of our experts and client . We start with the mutual formal introduction and learn about the current status of ongoing business.
The team starts with a deep study of different functions in an organization. The company looks into various departments including operations, finance, marketing and customer support. Also the organization thoroughly looks into the ongoing business plan. Further the team studies and evaluates this plan.
We will specifically look into your client details. Together we will analyze their needs and satisfaction. Also we will study about the brand loyalty. Special attention will be provided to competitor's approach and after sales services provided by the company.
After gaining all this information, jointly we will proceed to next level.

Phase II - Designing Plans

DeCORP Pi focuses on the important elements of an organization including market planning and customer strategies. Effort is to work to measure the previous and current performances in detail. After an overall view it will be further divided into different steps.

Human resource is most important resource for any organization. DeCORP Pi will work to improve this resource of an organization. We will help to develop diligent and hard working professionals. Also mutually work to prepare a hard core s team. The organization will be extended with proper detailed Job Descriptions for different levels of each department. Special efforts will be put in to improve Administration, Production and other departments as per the needs of the organization.
Collective efforts would be put to determine compensation for the employees. If required, also bring in different kinds of incentives that will help the employees to earn something beyond salary. May mplement different plans for different levels of employees. This particular step will help to initiate better performance and revenues for the organization.
